Safety Compliance and Training Specialist
The candidate should possess hands-on work experience in industry, public sector or the consulting field. Qualifications will include a minimum of 10 years of experience, good technical writing skills, creative training techniques, exceptional interpersonal skills, team contributor, and strong computer skills.
The Safety and Health Compliance and Training Specialist must be experienced in performing comprehensive safety audits, developing customized written compliance programs, presenting site-specific training, performing industrial hygiene monitoring, and managing an ongoing client base throughout the State of Wisconsin and beyond. Understanding and interpretation of OSHA, MSHA and DCOMM standards is a must. Experience in the municipal sector and construction field is a plus. In-state and regional travel is required.
