MSHA 8-Hour Refresher Training

For the eleventh year in a row Alpha Terra has successfully trained over 1,500 truckers and miners! These sessions require a combination of safety and first aid training. Our instructors are certified by the American Heart Association, which allows us to provide the full eight hours of training.

2010 Public MSHA

Training is provided between January and early April. View the 2010 Public MSHA 8-Hour Refresher Training Schedule. MSHA Part 46, 47 and 62 programs are also available upon request.

Pre-Study MSHA Materials

We have developed a method for people who attend our sessions to shorten the day by two hours simply by completing some work prior to the session. Once the work has been completed, print out the Self-Study Certificate and have it signed by your employer verifying you have completed the necessary materials. On the day of the session, have the 1) Self Study Certificate and the 2) Quizzes ready for your trainer and you will be excused 2 hours early from the session.

You are NOT required to complete all of the materials provided by Alpha Terra Science. Only enough to fill 120 minutes (2 hours).
